Capabilities

What's in scope.

Water damage

Fast mitigation. Extraction, drying, dehumidification, antimicrobial treatment, and reconstruction.

Fire & smoke

Board-up, soot removal, content cleaning coordination, deodorization, and full rebuild to pre-loss condition or better.

Storm damage

Roof tarping, tree removal, structural shoring, and weather-tight envelope repair before the next front rolls through.

Mold remediation

Containment, negative-air, HEPA filtration, removal, and post-remediation verification testing.

Historic restoration

Original woodwork, plaster, arched openings, and period detail preserved — not replaced — wherever it can be saved.

Insurance navigation

Xactimate-fluent estimators, direct adjuster communication, and supplements documented and paid.

Full reporting

Complete job documentation and reporting delivered through the Albi system, so you and your carrier see the same record from first call to closeout.

How it goes

Our process.

01
Inspection

We walk the loss with you, scope the damage, and identify what can be saved before anything is torn out.

02
Estimate

Xactimate-fluent estimators price the full scope so you and your carrier are working from the same number.

03
Mitigation

Stop the loss. Tarp the roof, kill the water, board the openings before secondary damage sets in.

04
Containment

Negative-air containment and HEPA filtration keep the affected area sealed off from the rest of the building.

05
Demolition

Controlled removal of unsalvageable material, down to sound substrate and no further.

06
Clean and sanitization

Antimicrobial treatment, soot and residue removal, and deodorization across every affected surface.

07
Desiccating

Commercial dehumidification and monitored drying until moisture readings return to dry standard.

08
Documentation

Moisture maps, photo logs, and daily records kept throughout the project, not just at the end.

09
Rebuilding

The same crews that mitigated handle the rebuild. No handoff to a different contractor halfway through.
