Elliot Avenue

Flood damage taken back to the studs and rebuilt as a listable home.

Overview

Floodwater left this Bloomington ranch beyond patching, so the house came back to framing and subfloor and was rebuilt from there. Structure and envelope first, then a new kitchen, a new full bath, bedrooms, flooring, trim and paint throughout, and new siding on the exterior. The finished house went to market staged. Located at 8415 Elliot Ave S, Bloomington.
