Sola Salon Studios

True Blue Commercial provided full construction management to turn an existing manufacturing facility into a 101-suite salon community — the largest Sola Salon Studios location in the Twin Cities. The build went well past the suites themselves: a retail beauty supply store, a creative space, a breakroom, a fitness center, a content creation room, corporate offices, and a conference room for Sola Salon Twin Cities management. Suites were configured across a range of sizes so stylists can lease solo or share. Interior demolition was total, and plumbing, HVAC and electrical were all new throughout.
